پارک لویزان تهران تا اواخر دهه‌ی هشتاد که به دست نیروی انتظامی پاک‌سازی شد، یکی از مکان‌های جرم‌خیر تهران محسوب می‌شد. این پارک جنگلی که در دهه‌های پیش خارج از تهران به حساب می‌آمد، شاهد اتفاق‌های زیادی از دزدی، قتل، تجاوز و زورگیری بوده است. اما شاید ماجرای گروه کفتارهای لویزان از تمام ماجراهای تلخ این پارک، تلخ‌تر و باورنکردنی‌تر باشد. اعضای این گروه پسربچه‌های نوجوان را به پارک می‌کشاندند و بعد از تجاوز آنها را می‌کشتند. ماجرا برای سال ۸۶ است.

هادی لودر، متهم ردیف اول این جنایت زنجیره‌ای، در مصاحبه با خبرنگاران ماجرا را اینگونه توصیف می‌کند:

«از حدود يك ماه پيش با اعضاي باقي‌مانده از باند «كفتارها» كه «حسين زالزالك» سركرده‌ی آن بود، باند جديدي تحت همين عنوان تشكيل داديم. تصميم گرفته بوديم تا اين بار پسران نوجوان را طعمه قرار دهيم و در اولين مرحله با موتورسيكلتي كه در اختيار داشتيم در خيابان‌هاي منطقه‌ی تهرانپارس پرسه‌زني مي‌كرديم و تا سوژه‌ی مورد نظر را پیدا کنیم.

هدفمان پسران نوجوان با ظاهری ساده بودند. به آنها نزديك مي‌شديم متهم‌شان می‌کردیم كه براي خواهرمان مزاحمت ايجاد كرده‌اند. اولش منكر قضيه می‌شدند، در ادامه وقتی با اصرار ما در اين باره مواجه مي‌شدند براي ثابت کردن ادعاي خود، ما را همراهي مي‌كردند و به اين ترتيب با فريب طعمه از سوي يكي از اعضاء، بقيه سوار بر دو موتورسيكلت ديگر، آنها را تا پارك جنگلي لويزان تعقيب مي‌كرديم

قرار بر اين بود تا به ظاهر سرويس مدرسه‌ی خواهر يكي از اعضاء در مقابل پارك لويزان توقف كند و موضوع مزاحمت ثابت شود، وقتي طعمه را به آنجا مي‌كشانديم و وقتی او متوجه می‌شد دختر و مزاحمتی در کار نیست با نشان دادن چاقو و قرار دادن آن زير گلويش، بالاجبار همراه اعضاي باند مي‌شد و از آنجا نقشه تعرض به اجرا درمي‌آمد.»

پس از این نقشه‌ی بی‌رحمانه و باورنکردنی آنها برای تجاوز کردن اجرا می‌شد. لودر ماجرا را به همین سادگی توضیح می‌دهد:

«قرباني كم‌سن و سال را تهديد به مرگ می‌کردیم و از او مي‌خواستيم فرار كند، ما نيز با چاقو به دنبالش مي‌دويديم و در همان هنگام نيز لباس‌هايمان را براي عملي كردن نقشه‌ی تجاوز در مي‌آورديم، وقتي او روي خود را برمي‌گرداند تا ما را ببيند با بدن‌هاي عريان ما مواجه مي‌شد، از شدت ترس و اضطراب بر خود می‌لرزيد و با سرعت بيشتر به فرار ادامه مي‌داد. پس از آن در نهایت او را غافلگير می‌کردیم و چهار نفري با چاقو ضرباتي را بر بدنش وارد و لباس‌هايش را پاره مي‌كرديم. كم‌كم كار به جايي مي‌رسيد كه ديگر لباسي بر تن قرباني نبود و همان‌جا تعرض صورت مي‌گرفت.»

به گفته‌ی پلیس این سناریو دست‌کم روی چهل نوجوان در یک بازه‌ی یک ماهه اجرا شده است. یعنی حتی بیش از یک مورد در روز. مادر یکی از این بچه‌ها وقتی چند روز بعد برای پیدا کردن لباس‌های فرزندش به پارک می‌رود، در همان حوالی که جنازه را پیدا کرده بودند، لباس‌های زیر پسرانه‌ی زیادی پیدا می‌کند که همه تکه‌تکه شده بودند.

خیالتان راحت

حکومت‌ها همواره پس از چنین رویدادهای خارج از حد تصوری، تلاش می‌کنند آرامش را به جامعه بازگردانند. هر نهادی به شیوه‌ی خودش. پلیس به مردم اطمینان می‌دهد که تمام اعضای گروه متجاوز دستگیر شده‌اند و محیط پاکسازی شده است و دیگر امکان چنین اتفاقی وجود ندارد.

روان‌شناسان هم سعی می‌کنند بگویند امکان ندارد آدم‌های معمولی دست به این کارها بزنند. مجرمان خطرناک همه بیمارهای خطرناکی‌اند که شناسایی آنها کار روان‌پزشکان است و مردم عادی  لازم نیست نگران این باشند که همسایه‌هایشان، و حتی خودشان دست به این کارها بزنند. دکتر فرید فدایی، روان‌پزشک جنایی، همان روزها در مصاحبه با گروه حوادث ایسنا می‌گوید:

پژوهش کارشناسان درباره‌ی افرادی که رفتارهای این چنینی از خود بروز می‌دهند، بر دو نکته تاکید دارد: این افراد، خود قربانی تجاوز جنسی، آزار جسمی و روانی و همچنین دیگرآزاری بوده‌اند و به همین دلیل درصدد دوباره‌سازی آن رفتارها را برمی‌آیند. همچنین معمولا این افراد که در رده‌ی سنی نوجوانان قرار می‌گیرند، از طرفداران فیلم‌های سینمایی و نمایشی جنایی، پلیسی و جنگی هستند که حتی بعضا از تلویزیون نیز پخش می‌شود.

از نکته‌ی دوم، که از توصیه‌های کلیشه‌ای رسانه‌های عمومی‌ست اگر بگذریم، نکته‌ی اول دکتر فدایی حرف‌های زیادی برای گفتن دارد. «متجاوزان پیش از این قربانی تجاوز بوده‌اند.» کارکرد اصلی این جمله، احتمالا این است که حالا که شما قربانی تجاوز نبوده‌اید لازم نیست نگران باشید. آدم‌های محدودی قربانی تجاوز بوده‌اند و این ماجرا ربطی به شما، جامعه‌ی متوسط و فرهیخته ندارد. خانم‌ها و آقایان، خیالتان راحت. اگر به حقوق دیگران تجاوز می‌کنید و از این کار لذت می‌برید نگران نشوید. این تجاوزهای جزئی در محیط کار و خانواده و خیابان آنقدرها هم مهم نیست. کسی به شما تجاوز نکرده است، پس شما هم دست به چنین جنایت‌هایی نخواهید زد. جامعه‌ هم، که پذیرش چنین فاجعه‌ای را سخت می‌بیند، از این حرف‌ها استقبال می‌کند.

اما اثر جانبی، و بسیار مخرب این طرز فکر، زدن برچسبِ متجاوز آینده به قربانی تجاوز است. جامعه از پذیرش قربانی سر باز می‌زند. قربانی به نوعی شریک جرم می‌شود و حالا همه باید حواسشان باشد که از قربانی دوری کنند. چرا که اگر کسی بخواهد در آینده این جرم را تکرار کند، کسی نیست به‌جز همین قربانی‌های کنونی. با این ترفند، گروهی تشکیل می‌شود از متجاوزان و قربانی‌ها (یعنی متجاوزان بالقوه‌ی آینده) و باقی جامعه می‌تواند به تجاوزهای خرد خود به حقوق یکدیگر ادامه دهد. چون در این چرخه نیست.

هادی لودر در مصاحبه با خبرنگاران حرف دیگری هم می‌زند:

تجاوز به دختران مرا ارضا نمي‌كرد، از اين نوع تعرض كه همراه با ترس و اضطراب قرباني بود، لذت مي‌بردم.

کفتارهای لویزان این برنامه‌ی وحشیانه را اجرا می‌کردند تا ترسیدن قربانی را ببینند. پیش‌تر در یادداشتی نوشته بودم که یکی از ویژگی‌های دوران جدید این است که احساس گناه جای خود را به ترس داده است. اگر در دنیای قدیم انسان‌ها نسبت به بالادستی‌های خود احساس گناه داشتند، حالا از هم می‌ترسند و طبیعتا کسی که بتواند دیگران را بترساند می‌تواند موقعیت بالادستی پیدا کند. شاید در دوران قدیم، حکما می‌توانستند در لوای هاله‌ای از معنویت در مخاطبان خود احساس شرم ایجاد کنند. اما این روزها حتی اگر کارشناس حوزه‌ی آب باشید هم تا زمانی که مردم را نترسانید که خطر بی‌آبی جدی است کسی شما را جدی نمی‌گیرد.

حالا که -البته اگر توجیه‌های روان‌پزشکان خیالمان را راحت نکرده باشد- همه احساس می‌کنیم خرده‌مجرمان جامعه هستیم و حالا که همه می‌ترسیم، شاید برای کمتر ترسیدن یا فراموش کردن احساس جرم و البته گسترده‌تر کردن استیلا بر دیگران، باید آنها را ترساند؛ یا، همان‌طور که بعدا در جایی دیگر به آن خواهیم پرداخت، خنداند.
