ایرانِ دهه‌ی هفتاد به نسبت دهه‌های شصت، پنجاه و حتی چهل برایمان ناشناخته‌ترست. تهران قدیم در نوستالژی‌ها هنوز زنده است. به لطف خاطره‌بازها و سینما و تلویزیون چیزهایی از آن دوران می‌دانیم که هیچ‌کدامشان را درباره‌ی دهه‌ی هفتاد نمی‌دانیم. از دهه‌ی هشتاد به بعد به لطف اینترنت و گسترش رسانه‌ها همه چیز ثبت به و اشتراک گذاشته شد. اما آنقدر از دهه‌ی هفتاد دوریم که مرور اتفاقاتش ممکن است شگفت‌زده‌مان کند.

یکی از عجیب‌ترین اتفاق‌های آن سال‌ها جنایت هولناک خیابان گاندی در سال ۷۵ است. اتفاقی که تا مدت‌ها فروش هفته‌نامه‌های زرد را تضمین کرد که در دوران پیشااینترنت و محدودتر بودن تلویزیون، تنها مرجع اطلاع‌رسانی بودند. البته اگر از شایعات صرف‌نظر کنیم.

شاهرخ و سمیه دو نوجوان شانزده ساله بودند که قصد ازدواج داشتند. خانواده‌ی سمیه مخالف این ازدواج بودند و برای همین سمیه تصمیم گرفت تا با کشتن تمام اعضای خانواده‌اش به عشقش برسد. خلاصه‌ی این ماجرای از این قرار است: شاهرخ شب قبل از جنایت تا صبح در اتاق سمیه می‌ماند و صبح روز جنایت سمیه نقشه‌ی قتل را طراحی می‌کند. شاهرخ –که بعدا می‌گوید تصمیم سمیه را جدی تلقی نمی‌کرده است –  به طور لفظی با آن موافقت می‌کند. آن روز صبح سمیه و شاهرخ به تعلیم رانندگی می‌روند و سمیه قبل از برگشتن به خانه دو جفت دستکش از داروخانه می‌خرد و برای ناهار به خانه برمی‌گردند. بعد از ظهر مادر سمیه به همراه فرزند کوچک خانواده، سوین، می‌رود آرایشگاه. پس از آن، سمیه به خواهرش سپیده می‌گوید که به طبقه‌ی بالا بیاید.

وقتی سپیده به طبقه‌ی دوم می‌آید شاهرخ دستش را به دور گردن او می‌اندازد و فشار می‌دهد. سپیده بی‌حال می‌شود. (شاهرخ ادعا می‌کند که بعد از این، سمیه به سپیده آمپول هوا تزریق می‌کند که باعث می‌شود که سپیده بی‌حال روی زمین بیفتد) بعد از آن با کمک هم پیکر نیمه‌جان سپیده را به حمام می‌برند و سمیه گردن خواهرش را درون وان حمام قرار می‌دهد و بعد از اطمینان از مر گش جسد سپیده را محکم به کف حمام می‌کوبد. بعد از چند دقیقه محمد رضا به طبقه‌ی دوم می‌آید تا با سپیده بازی کند و دقیقا همان بلایی سرش می‌آید که سر سپیده آمده بود.

کمی بعد مادر سمیه به همراه سوین به خانه باز می‌گردند. سمیه از مادرش می‌خواهد که به طبقه‌ی دوم بیاید ولی سوین را با خود نیاورد. مادر سمیه که به طبقه‌ی دوم می‌رود سمیه در تاریکی صدایش می‌زند و با فریاد به او می‌گوید ازش متنفر است. مادر وحشت‌زده لامپ را روشن می‌کند و شاهرخ، که تا آن زمان پشت ستون سالن پنهان شده بود، گردن مادر سمیه را می‌گیرد و با چنگال دسته قهوه ای دو ضربه به او وارد می‌کند. بعد هر دو شروع به کتک زدن مادر می‌کنند. مادر با التماس از آنها می‌خواهد که نکشندش و قسم می‌خورد که در این صورت حقیقت را پنهان می‌کند. در این هنگام سوین در طبقه‌ی پایین شروع به جیغ زدن می‌کند و سمیه پایین می‌رود تا برادر کوچکش را بیاورد بالا. شاهرخ که با مادر سمیه تنها می‌شود، پریشان و مضطرب چاقو را به دست او می‌دهد، به گریه می‌افتد و می‌گوید که بچه‌ها را کشته‌اند. مادر سمیه بلافاصله فرار می‌کند و از همسایه‌ها کمک می‌خواهد.

در ابتدا به خاطر قسمی که خورده است (بنا بر ادعای پدر سمیه) و یا به خاطر اینکه همسایه‌ها و فامیل‌هایشان شاهرخ و سمیه را تکه تکه نکنند (بنا بر ادعای خودش) می‌گوید که دزد به خانه‌ی آنها دستبرد زده و فرزندانش را کشته است. در نهایت با حضور پلیس واقعیت جنایت افشا و سمیه و شاهرخ بازداشت می‌شوند.[۱]

صعب روزی، بوالعجب کاری، پریشان عالمی

در فضای آن روزها عجیب بودن ماجرا بر بی‌رحمانه بودنش پیشی گرفت. دو نوجوان شانزده ساله دو نوجوان سیزده و هشت ساله را کشته بودند که به هم برسند. کاری شبیه فیلم قاتلین بالفطره، که قاتلان تاثیرگرفتن از آن را اعتراف کردند. ایران هنوز به دوم خرداد ۷۶ نرسیده بود؛ ولی نشانه‌های تغییر دیده می‌شد. این را از واکنش جامعه به این ماجرا می‌گویم. در مطبوعات آن سال‌ها، شاهرخ و سمیه اصلا مجرم محسوب نمی‌شدند و همه دلشان می‌خواست آنها را قهرمان بداند. دو نوجوان که نسبت به فضای بسته‌ی آن سال‌ها شورش کرده بودند و زمانی که واژه‌ی عشق در رسانه‌های رسمی سانسور می‌شد، آنقدر عاشق هم بودند که به خاطرش خون ریخته بودند.

عاشق و معشوق خیابان گاندی تحت هر شرایطی پای عشقشان مانده بودند و شاید مهم‌تر از آن، اهل دنیای جدید بودند. از فیلمی الگو گرفته بودند که دو سال پیش اکران شده بود و در رسانه‌ها گفته می‌شد که از هواداران موسیقی هوی‌متال و رپ‌اند. حتی شایعه‌ای مطرح شده بود که شاهرخ با یکی از سردمداران رپ فارسی دوست است. البته در جست‌وجوهای من هیچ اطلاعاتی درباره‌ی سردمدار رپ فارس در دهه‌ی هفتاد پیدا نشد.

تیتر هفته‌نامه‌ی تلاش در همان روزها دو جمله از قاتلان نوجوان دارد که خیلی قهرمانانه است: «سمیه: من به تنهایی بخشش نمی‌خواهم» و «شاهرخ: دو ساعت پیش از اعدام بگذارید سمیه را عقد کنم». سمیه بخشش پدرش را بدون بخشش شاهرخ نمی‌خواهد و شاهرخ هم پای چوبه‌ی اعدام آرزویی جز وصال ندارد. لحن رسانه‌ها در روایت این ماجرا اصلا شبیه فاجعه نیست. گویا دو قهرمان رو به مرگ محتوم خود حرکت می‌کنند. قهرمانانی که انگار می‌خواهند برخلاف جهت آب شنا کنند و به سبک جدیدی زندگی کنند. هفته‌نامه‌ی تلاش درباره‌ی لحظه‌ی اعلام حکم اینگونه می‌نویسد:

«صبح روز چهارشنبه هنگامی که حکم اعدام شاهرخ را در مرکز نگهداری جوانان بزهکار، به او ابلاغ کردند، لحظه‌ای به فکر فرو رفت و بعد به مأمور ابلاغ گفت: لااقل دو ساعت پیش از آن که مرا به پای چوبه‌ی دار می‌برید، بگذارید سمیه را عقد کنم تا به‌عنوان شوهر او اعدام شوم. اما واکنش سمیه در بند زندان اوین نسبت به رأی دادگاه که او را مستحق مجازات مرگ دانسته است، متفاوت بود. او در سکوت و بی‌تفاوتی حکم را شنید و بی ‌آن‌که سخنی بگوید پای ورقه‌ی حکم را امضا کرد و به میان زنان زندانی برگشت. در حالی که همان چهره‌ی غمزده و چشم‌های خیس از اشک خود را حفظ کرده بود.»[۲]

حتی فاش شدن جزئیات بی‌رحمانه‌ی ماجرا هم تغییری در قضاوت عمومی مردم نداشت. مثلا سمیه در یک جلسه‌ی بازجویی گفت که خواهر سیزده ساله‌اش، اولش فکر کرده است که با او شوخی می‌کنند و قبل از خفه شدن خندیده است. او همچنین از تزریق‌های متعدد سرنگ هوا گفت که به دلیل ناآشنایی آنها، به جای رگ، زیر پوست قربانیان تزریق می‌شده و باعث مردنشان نمی‌شده است. یا وقتی با خونسردی لحظه‌ای را توصیف می‌کرد که درپوش وان حمام را گذاشته‌اند و برای اینکه خیالشان از مردن قربانی راحت شود، کمی صبر کرده‌اند تا آب جمع شود و بعد آنقدر زیر آب نگه‌اش داشته‌اند که دیگر حرکت نکند. و تمام ماجرا را به همین ترتیب برای برادر هشت ساله‌اش هم تکرار کرده‌اند.[۳]

پدر من بد منو نگاه می‌کنه

به هر حال این جنایت مجرمی می‌خواهد و چه کسی بهتر از پدر سمیه. پدر شاهرخ خیلی زود مصاحبه‌ی مفصلی کرد و از این گفت که به درخواست پسرش با پدر سمیه تماس گرفته و از دخترشان خواستگاری کرده است. این پدر سمیه بود که با ازدواج دختر شانزده ساله‌اش مخالفت کرده بود. از سوی دیگر، مرگ و زندگی قاتلان، در دست او بود. بعد از حکم دادگاه همه‌ی دوربین‌ها به سمت پدر برگشت: «تأیید حکم از سوی دیوانعالی کشور به منزله بسته شدن تمامی روزنه‌های امید زندگی بر روی آنها است و تنها دست‌های پدر سمیه است که می‌تواند این دریچه‌ی زندگی را به روی شاهرخ و سمیه باز کند و طناب دار را از گردنشان کنار بزند.»

فشار رسانه‌ها و جامعه آنقدر روی پدر سمیه زیاد بود که او در جلسه‌ی دادگاه، به جای شاکی در مقام متهم از خودش دفاع کرد. «پدر سمیه در دادگاه سعی کرد از فعالیت‌های اجتماعی  خود سخن بگوید. او با ذکر مقدمه‌ی کوتاهی پس از معرفی خود گفت: من با تلاش و کوشش کارخانه‌ای فراهم کرده‌ام و شیوه‌ی جدیدی برای ساختن تینر به وجود آورده‌ام. من فرد متدینی هستم و به جامعه خدمت کرده‌ام و در این راه یک گوش خود را از دست داده‌ام. من به فکر محرومان جامعه بودم و به خانه سالمندان در کهریزک سر می‌زدم.»

جامعه از پدر سمیه می‌خواهد از آنها بگذرد. هیچ‌کس پدر و مادری را که دو فرزندشان را از دست داده‌اند و درباره‌ی حکم اعدام فرزند دیگرشان دودل مانده‌اند درک نمی‌کند. والدین مقصرند. برخی می‌گویند به دلیل اینکه حواسشان به فرزندشان نبوده و دخترشان از راه به‌در شده است. دیگران هم به این دلیل که دخترشان را درک نکرده‌اند و آنقدر فشار روانی روی او آورده‌اند تا مشکل روانی پیدا کند.

دکتر داریم تا دکتر

مشکلات روانی سمیه نیز یکی از بحث‌های داغ آن روزها بود. رسانه‌ها اعتقاد داشتند سمیه اختلال روانی داشته است و به دلیل جنون، باید حکم اعدام بشکند. این جمله‌ی سمیه در دادگاه به نظر بسیار از روان‌پزشکان در رسانه‌ها نشانه‌ی جنون بود: «وقتی بچه‌ها را کشتم حالت عجیبی داشتم، می‌خندیدم، گریه می‌کردم، فریاد می‌زدم، دوست داشتم، متنفر بودم، دلم می‌خواست آهنگی بگذارم و برقصم.» پدر سمیه هم گفته بود اگر بدانم دخترم دچار جنون شده است او را می بخشم. اما پزشکی قانونی اعلام کرد هر دو قاتل در سلامت عقلی بوده‌اند.

جنون، کار را برای همه راحت‌تر می‌کرد. وجدان جامعه آسوده می‌شد که این اتفاق ترسناک، نشانه‌ای از افول اجتماعی نیست و پای بیماری در کار است. پدر سمیه هم می‌توانست دخترش را ببخشد. روان‌پزشکان در چنین حوادثی می‌توانند خیال همه را راحت کنند. مجرم بیمار است و اگر به ما بسپارینش دیگر تکرار نخواهد شد. اما مفهوم سیالی مثل جنون هیچ‌وقت نمی‌تواند بار سنگین جنایت خیابان گاندی را، حتی برای اندکی، بکاهد.

پدر سمیه هر دو را بخشید. سمیه به ۱۲ سال و شاهرخ به ۱۰ سال زندان محکوم شد و بعد از آزادی از زندان هم با هم ازدواج نکردند. می‌گویند سمیه دو بار ازدواج کرده و شاهرخ هم از ایران رفته است.[۴]

فکر می‌کنید اگر خدایی نکرده، امروز چنین حادثه‌ای پیش بیاید، واکنش مردم و رسانه‌ها چگونه خواهد بود؟

    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never
